Am I reading this right about Raid Finder?

So... once you're done, you'll be returned to where you queued up from, and you no longer talk to an NPC.

I missed out on Coil when it was relevant, so I've only been in through Duty Finder. All three parts. I missed out on Gordias Savage when it was relevant (and still haven't set foot inside). So once 3.3 hits, that last remnants of the "raid experience" will be gone. No waiting for the group at the raid site, no waiting room after a clear... it'll just be just another instance?

If so I'm probably going to get desperate...

Think about it as going to Disneyland/<insert amusement park of your choice here>, but instead of having to wait in that massive line for all the latest rides, you can go shopping and do other things while you wait.

I don't mind the raid finder stuff working this way as long as you at least have to travel to the location once to unlock it. As others have stated it's more about the convenience of being able to do two things at once.

If you really think that "porting to town, exiting town, flying path to raid portal for approximately thirty seconds" is "traveling the open world", then idk what to tell you, man.

hahaha so funny I know! Asking for less teleporting and more reasons to actually go from point A to B. It may not be the best open world but it still beats magically teleporting into something. But keep hahahaing me all you want I don't give 2 F**ks

This is the weirdest complaint i have read on the forums. Having to go to a specific place to zone into a raid is an inconvenience and nothing more than that really.
