Seeking experienced Scholar/Astrologian for Savage static and more!

Hello, my static is currently seeking an experienced Scholar/Astrologian for savage and more. The team is currently on A6S Vortexer, however we are more than willing to give players on earlier turns/newer players a try. We raid: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 7pm - 11pm EST

What we expect:

• Experienced in his/her job: For healing, this includes pre casting for big AoE damage, min/maxing possible DPS as WHM tries to solo heal, and recovery in stressed situations.
• Adapting and adjusting: No one is perfect, but one can step up to the plate! Mistakes are to be expected, but we want someone who can learn from those mistakes - someone who will show progression/improvement/evolution. We want someone who's willing to try and recover if shit hits the fan.
• Be Open Minded: Raiding requires an open mind and flexible personality. There are several different strategies and ways to approach a challenge. We welcome new perspectives to min/max our gameplay.
• Keep Calm and Game On: Savage raiding is intended by the developers to be content catered to more "hard-core" players. Players are/will be expected to consistently bash their heads against a problem numerous times. This can cause individuals to become frustrated and the likes, however for raiding to be fun and enjoyable, people must stay calm, cool, and collected.
• Motivation to raid: If you only raid for loot, this might not be the group for you. We seek individuals who raid because they enjoy everything raid has to offer. This includes the frustrations; the blood sweat and tears; and the goal - the accomplishment of doing what the majority could not. Loot is grand, but that is not our goal. What brings us together and motivates us is the feeling of accomplishment and progression. Above all, we enjoy each other's company.
• Dedication/Willingness to improve: This is self explanatory. We aren't looking for players who think he/she is the best at what he/she does. There is always room for improvement even if you have already cleared/done something multiple times. TLDR: Stay hungry, but be humble. This philosophy is what drives our group. We always strive to be stronger players and reach higher goals.

What we seek in an individual is what this group has to offer you as well. Each and every one of us currently in the group is extremely motivated and determined to take down savage. We rise and fall as a team, and we work towards a goal as a team. This group consists of players who are skilled at his/her job. But, we are relatively laid back in terms of personality.
