I bought a house first because my FC wasn't high enough rank to buy a house. So I bought one and we shared it. Then when we finally hit rank 6, we bought a FC house, and I rather like my house in Mist so I'm not letting it go. There are legit reasons, I get you want a house, but crying about everyone being cheaters kinda diminishes your claims.
