Housing Question

I report people I sell selling houses. That's really the only thing you can do. Other than that, until SE fixes housing in general, you'll have to stalk the residential areas. I caution anyone giving in to the real estate barons. I really do; it's extremely unfair for them to ask for large amount of money to relinquish land.

As far as having multiple houses, I see no problem with each toon owning a house. It's not like alts can share, and for RP reasons, some toons might like to live in one district as opposed to another who prefers a different one. There are many reasons why people have multiple houses. I don't want to see people penalized for it.

I'd like two homes because, while I am technically part of a FC, I really don't associate at all with them, let alone use their home - so I am 'that' person who logs in and usually says nothing. With that said, I want a main home for myself and another to share with a friend since she's the only person I ever really play with on here and our characters are "related" to one another, same surname & race etc etc. So with that said, I do like the idea of having the option of having multiple plots per account but in spite of this, I honestly believe a 1 Plot Per Account rule should have been set in place for high-populations servers like mine, at least until demand dies down because it's just not fair, especially when you hear that people are only interested in housing because it serves as another device for small conveniences like gil-generation or whatever. I have eight characters myself but I wouldn't dream of going after any more than two. It took a lot of convincing from others for me to think that it was even appropriate to attempt such a thing, though the second one really will just be my equivalent of a FC home if I am even so lucky.
