Why do people keep saying FFIXV is "incomplete"? It is my understanding that no MMO is complete until it shuts downs.

Wada said the game did not meet the level of quality people had come to expect from the Final Fantasy series. Yoshi-P said the game could not even be called an MMO without some features that are still missing, like a proper player search. Straight from the company president and from the game director, it has been said that this game still does not meet a certain standard. Until it meets that standard, it will be considered to be unfinished.

Yeah well off course you can always say "nothing is certain" since it didn't happen yet. SE might still change their mind. However right now the official stance is :

- Charging a bit after 1.20 gets released (so before the end of December anyway)
- Charging the full price. ($12.99)

Well I agree and disagree. I do think it would be nice if subscribers got some exclusive info about 2.0 but cameras watching the team... that would just be distracting and irritating, and would probably affect how effectively they worked.

I say it would be nice for us to get some extra looks at what they have done with 2.0 as they go along (like subscribers get Letter from the Producer plus with extra info), and maybe a special behind the scenes video if they wanted to do so, but not live feed.

MMOs aren't finished products. That's why you get updates every so often with new content. I don't understand the argument here.
