Axtually you are completely wrong with the simple fact that YOSHI-P said himself the game is "incomplete". Who wants to pay 75$+subs for a game that the creators feel is incomplete? Who wants to pay 20$(amazon price)+sub for an "incomplete" game? Excluding fanboys, no one with sense and self respect.

If you enjoy the game enough to play, you should enjoy it enough to pay. If not, there are plenty of f2p games out there you can switch to (I recommend LotRO or CoH).

Getting to play the 7th umbral era storyline is our compensation as anyone not paying up before 2.0 won't get to play through it. I really wouldn't want to watch the dev teams every move in their office. I do like behind the scenes stuff but I prefer it to be a short video that has the best info shown together. I was quite disappointed when I popped in the making of disc that came with the CE only to find out it was just the same stuff that I had already seen on youtube...

I think what it really comes down to is whether or not you want to support Yoshi-P and his team with all of this hard work they're doing. I for one will be supporting them, despite how I feel about the current state of the game. They seem to be listening to player suggestions and I admire that. They're bringing things I wanted in the game, and hopefully they'll bring the things I REALLY want in this game shortly after 2.0. (Jobs, mostly, especially Blue Mages and Thieves)
