How about. . .I propose something similar but within the developer’s office, we would like to watch you all work on v2.0 almost like we watch sports on television or a reality TV show without the commentary or “drama” just work like you have been day by day and forget the camera’s are there. Set up live 24/7 webcam feeds behind key members of the developing team including over Yoshi-p’s desk and all meetings with adequate audio and video. We want to see the inner workings and provide our own play by plays and speculation. Also post on a blog all concept art and someone who will show us video footage of current in house builds and shows us what’s been changed and what bugs are there and where progress is on v2.0.
wait CoH is F2P? when did that happen?

Just a few weeks ago. City of Heroes: Freedom
I doubt they'd want a camera in an area filled with the information they don't want revealed (or rather want to maintain controll over revealing) and having a camera set so it doesn't show any areas that might contain anything useful is just a waste of time and energy because if I want to look at a wall i can just look away from my monitor.

While I'm sure it's been said, we kind of are getting compensation. We get the accomplishments (which apparently will have in-game equivalents) from here until 2.0. We also get to fight the primals and get the primal weapons which may not make it to 2.0 since the current fights won't. Whatever new fights for primals they make in 2.0 may yield different rewards. Getting to do the 7th umbral era quests/event in itself is supposed to give some in-game benefit as well so I'd say we're set as far as the thread title is concerned.
