Crit Adlos are double strength shields and can be deployed to the group, ie: 6k crit -> 12K shield. Take into effect all possible buffs and you get 9k -> 18K shields. Not to mention a Noct Ast runs out of mp MUCH faster than a SCH. Plus SCH has an instant Aoe heal. People always take SCH for granted...

It sounds nice but it adds to the MP issue(mostly in Noct), helios is very pricey 1060 mp & it takes two casts to outdo Intom. which has no cost & is on a much shorter CD than Lightspeed.

AST is great as it is but SCH is better for shields & instant heals. & fey wind is nice. And party wide 12K shields? Who even needs healers at that point.

Doesn't Lightspeed reduces MP cost by 25%?

HOWEVER, to go with RLofOBFL's argument, Lightspeed doesn't remove recast time. You'll still have to wait 2.5 seconds after using Helios to use any other healing spell, versus a WHM using Assize or SCH using Indomitability.

people still do ilevel 100-130 Anima. And it is also possible that the Eso are needed for the 240 step

See it as an indirect nerf of the 210 step
