Those are Black Mage (& Summoner, by accident) buffs!
More Foe's = BLM buff.

Overall potency increase on BRD is to make sure everyone brings that BLM buff guy with them in their party.

Yoshi wouldn't go buffing other classes without buffing BLM, are you guys crazy?

I am liking the black version 3rd gear set that Dragoon will be getting. Certainly going to collect the full set for vanity. If only Lancer/Dragoon had more Helberd weapons for my planned Vanity look.

The white version suits a Paladin character more than a DRK and Warrior but it is still a nice looking armor.

How is it not a buff for brd? Many uses mch because of the dmg buff it gives a party in raids. If you have 1 melee, it's kinda waste not having a MCH in group, because it buffs both tanks and 2 melees, so 4 people instead of a whm who misses 24-7, smn and a sch. Then again mch is a higher ceiling skill compare to brd's, so the buff they gave wasn't so surprising. They could buffed heavyshot/straight shot I guess, but then again the buffs they gave them not aren't that bad.
