I agree 100%. DS in 20% should be PVP only. But if SoSu did something everywhere it would give them some utility. Pretty much no positional attack required for a "Trick Attack" effect if you will. Mainly for the purpose of the DRK getting their restore.
Now imagine if they stack, Trick Attack, Slashing debuff, and SoSu 10% all stacked. Would be pretty beastly and therefore never happen. XD
