Between a Rock and a Hard Place Achievement III, Win didn't count.

Steps:
-Que for Seal Rock (Seize) alone.
-Enter Seal Rock (Seize).
-Win the match and come in 1st place and exit Seal Rock (Seize).
-Check Wins on PvP profile and on "Between a Rock and a Hard Place Achievement"
-Wins are separated by one which is normally impossible.

Full body explanation of the issue:
A win did not record itself to "Between a Rock and a Hard Place III" Achievement. I've won 30 Seal Rock matches but the achievement still reads 29. I noticed this at 28 wins(which was supposed to be at 29). I decided to try and win another match to see if this would still continue. I won my match and it went to 29. The previous match I won didn't count towards this achievement and I would like to know if it's possible to get this win rewarded to me.

Were one of those wins with a different grand company by any chance? Wins for each grand company are tallied up separately.
