No one forces you to power level, and you can certainly find enough other people looking for regular groups too. I'm on Selbina I know this is true.
I'm from selbina and most party we make end up wanting a powerlevel and they get one even if i'm the leader they just disband and go with the Powerlevel. Just because it does not happen to you everyday does not mean it don't happen to the rest of us it becoming a big issue and powerlevel should never be allow that a person kill the mob for you.

FFXI version of powerlevel i agree with.
