Queueing As a Role, not a Class.

Stupid idea to be honest.If you want certain roles you can just use pf and set the classes to join.
By implementing what you wanted it would Cause more issues in the long run to DF anyway for example.It would need to display all the jobs in that df.Then say you switch to pld because you see other guy is Warrior or something.But the Warrior switches to PLD because they saw you as Warrior and had same idea.
Even if it did it would just lead to narrowminded thinking to party compositions which is bad enough already due to raid metas being considered the only compositions to use.

And then someone easily switches back to War, not that hard. Don't make it more complicated than it really is. Rather just queueing as a class, you queue as a roll - DPS, HEALER, TANK., the only problems there would really be, is problems someone creates himself, other than that it should always work out just as it does now (minus the few people who purposely create problems because that's what people do).
Here's something that happened to me the other day that made no sense, and this could've fixed it.

I set up my Ninja class on my bf's ps4 (I always play on my own PS4), and then queued up for a dungeon; forgot to put in my soul stone - and it was a 20 minute queue, so I'm not just gonna unqueue and requeue. I couldn't even go in as a ninja, I had to do it strictly as a Rogue - very annoying and makes no sense, it's virtually the same class.
