Housing got demolished despite cancellation

I've escalated a case to technical support, who advised to post my encountered issue here.

Despite receiving a notification that the housing demolition was cancelled, it was still carried out as shown in the picture below:

But it's over 100 days old and the demolition timer is only 45 days long. like in your activity log is stated.

All was working like intended. You have to go into your FC house at least every 44 days to prevent the demolition.
You should also be informed via email that a demolition will occur.
