understandable, but i think i stand for everyone when I say crafting's a lot easier than it was. At least you can actually produce something usable within 1-3 synths.

Prices probably won't ever level out until a price history has been added in 1.20. If you want to make a profit, you'll have to charge more than what you paid to acquire them. If you farmed them, you can charge cheap. If you bought them... well GL.

As for differences in craft jobs, it's part demand, part current state of affairs. SE's still got a lot of work to be done on recipes. And jobs that create items that are more in demand generally have more items available to them. Leather worker could be the "most expensive" because you can't acquire leather easily. You either farm the mobs, or you rely on others to farm it for you, or you hope your local leves are generous.

If you really want to make some gil as you level up, I have a few suggestions:

    - Craft gear. Craft lots of gear. Especially gear in demand. Sell it as soon as you can.
    - Use the profits from gear you create to buy more materials for synth.
    - Don't spam synthing for dead-end items, like the stuff used in Dated recipes. You're just flushing your gil down the drain. Instead spam things that have many uses, like Ingots, hides, cloth, and regeants.
    - NPC materials you don't have immediate use for so you can save on the inventory space (unless it's hides/rare items.).
    - Be a Bro and share common items you don't have use for. Share it with your linkshell. Offer it via your bazaar for a lower price than what's the norm. Don't let it just sit around and be dead weight in your inventory.

Turbo controller is botting? Really? Is using a G510 keyboard to spam enter botting also? I could have sworn botting was using illegal third party software to automate repetitive actions.
You just answered your own question?
