Question regarding purchasing house as fc leader

I know personal housing has a level 50+ for at least one class/job minimum, but does an fc leader share this restriction?
Can't find it on google nor do other mentors seem to know on my server. Hoping to buy my fc a house when 3.3 hits and there's only 3 members in the fc and I'll be the only one on at the time. I also know that the fc housing vs the player housing were added in different patches(fc in 2.1, personal in 2.38). I'd sure appreciate to know if that's the case

"In order to acquire a free company estate, the free company must first unlock the Land Acquisition entitlement by achieving rank 6. After obtaining sufficient rank, simply examine the placard in front of the empty plot of land you wish to purchase. Its current price will be displayed along with a devaluation timer, if applicable. Only free company members with the proper authorization may purchase land.
A personal residence can be purchased at any time but the player has to have at least one job to level 50 and be a Second Lieutenant in their Grand Company.

Each residential district is divided into a number of identical wards. Even if the plot of land you desire has already been purchased in a certain ward, it may still be available in another."

FC house you just need to be rank 6, no other requirements.
