Returning players left in the cold

So.. me and my friends were gonna come back now that we can finally get a place of our own and all of the content that comes with that. Well I came back to find the FC we left is now being ran by a bot.

I contact a GM about it.....Sorry we can't do anything cause they were invited to the FC and even if we prove they are a bot it won't remove them as the FC leader.

So a FC that was created by my friends and I as our own to use, had some random bot invited who now gets to control it? SE response...can't do anything about that.

Well Its nice to see that they care more about one bot then they do a group of people who have played their games since the beginning.

IF SE is able to prove they are a bot and ban them, or that account becomes inactive for some time, the ownership of the FC will be passed on to another player.

This is essentially what happened to begin with. FC leader hadn't logged in for some time and FC lead was passed to an active player (bot in this case) who took over.

Yeah, you've got options, as others have said. You can leave for an active, healthy FC. You can try to document the bot's actions and submit reports showing they are a bot. Next time SE takes action against the botters their account would be banned. Then the next person who logs on would get FC ownership.

But, you're saying you've been left in the cold when you left the game and didn't take action to make sure someone was staying to tend the shop, as it were. Take some responsibility. This happened in part because of your choices. So now you get to choose how to recover from it.
