Facebook Page selling/trading/buying FFXIV accounts

Hello. I am part of a Facebook page for my server, and someone just recently posted in it a link to a Facebook group that is solely made for buying, selling, and trading FFXIV accounts and characters. I will not post it here for obvious reasons, But if a GM can send me an email, I can send them a link to the group on Facebook. This almost HAS to be a breech in the terms of the EULA and ToUA, and I am not even sure this is the correct location to post this. Either way, if a GM or forum mod could send me a contact email, it is something that I feel a lot of people would be happy to know doesn't exist any longer. Thank you for your time.

You could probably send them a link via the Report Cheating action ingame.

You need to contact SE directly by either chat or email or send a GM report in game. Nothing will be done by posting it here in the tech help section.

I would say GM ticket probably be best option.

I have done both of those, even in game there is no true topic, so I sent it as a bug report, it was the closest I could find to what would sound logical. As for e-mailing them, I searched all over, but could not find a direct e-mail to contact a team that would make sense, most are the corporate side of things.
