    SE, PLEASE ANSWER US. We just started paying for this game. It's ridiculous that we can't even play it now!

    1. – Operating System? Win7 64bit
    2. - Antivirus program? Norton Antivirus
    3. – Internet Service Provider? Cox Communications
    2) Exact Error Message (30002)1325562104,33979113,5
    3) Frequency of 30002 Error? Every 5 minutes. Most recently around 7pm EST 1/7/11.
    4) What area were you in when the error occurred? Ul'dah- The Fronds, Gridania
    5) What were you doing when the error occurred? I was changing my gear in Ul'dah. My roommate had the problem at the same time when he was trying to enter the Ifrit battle.
    6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? No, but my roommate was.
    7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error? 20-25
    8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error? Yes, but only for a few minutes at a time. I've given up at this point.

    There is really something wrong with this server that needs addressing.
    And not one person from SE about this other than the one in post #2? Be nice to know this is even being looked into.

    8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error? Yes, but only for a few minutes at a time.

    I have noticed when this is happening it is hard to connect to the lodestone, yet I can connect to everything else just fine. Also my download and upload speeds are fine.

    To be honest I think there is no point in posting here anymore.... they are just never gonna reply.

    We need to only be patient and wait till the 2.0 new server system is up.... crossing fingers for it to be better.

    The Client then Logs me back to the character chose screen.

    Clients seems to be slow, on interactions etc,
    And Cut Scene's seems to trigger Crashes more often. Ive heard allot of ppl having this problem. My 2nd System has this problem to, Not simontaniously doh.

    I have continued to get this error for the past 4 days!

    the 30002 error happens all the time at the login screen for my character Esmee Fournier, I can login with my alt character no problem it is just my main character.

    I have contacted ISP, No ports blocked;Did not fix
    I have bought a new Router; Did not fix
    I have deleted user folder: Did not fix
    I have Reconfigured UPNP settings on both client and Routher; Did not fix
    I have direct connected to modem; Did not fix
    I have logged in with other users; no issues there, but still did not fix my issue

    The issue is with the game Server! My connection is solid. Please assist. I've opened up 5 cases in 4 days and contacted live support which sucks by the way because they cant do anything about it. They literally know nothing and I don't understand how they can be considered support. HELP, I WANT A REFUND ON MY LOST DAYS!

    I am on Saronia Server...stranded and lost...hopefully the maintenance planned for today will fix the issue but I am seriously doubtful. I can't believe how unresponsive SE is on this issue. The SE Support representative yesterday told me sadly "im sorry i just cant do anything..sorry, goodbye" which is pretty much what the Email support said as well. Thats why i have to post here sadly to get some visibility..but even then it looks like we're being ignored

    Ok guess what 3002 Error resolved itself. Not because I Changed Routers, Not because My ISP blocked ports, Not because I changed configuration on the SW client or the Router Configs, Not because I deleted any user file folders, But Pretty much only because SE brought down/restarted their Servers for the 1.20b Patch Release. SO NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY EQUIPMENT OR SETTINGS. IT WAS ALL ON THE GAME SERVER SIDE. STOP POINTING FINGERS AT USERS EQUIPMENT SE AND TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE EQUIPMENT/SW THAT YOU"RE RUNNING ON YOUR END FOR ONCE. HAVING 6 different SUPPORT AGENTS SAY THE SAME CANNED BS is not what i CALL TECHNICAL SUPPORT. RESET THAT SERVER if You have people not able to login. WE CANT ALL WAIT FOR THE NEXT PATCH UPDATE BEFORE WE GET TO LOGIN AGAIN, CUZ WE'RE PAYING TO PLAY!
