    yes, 1-8 members.
    7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error?
    in ul'dah, many maybe around 30. in iron lake, no more than 12.

    Yeah got this a lot tonight as well as did a LS mate of mine.

    1 OS Win7 64
    2 Symantec Corporate edition v12.1
    3 ISP Comcast
    same error message as above
    Frequency every 3-5 minutes..shorter for LS mate ~ under 3 minutes

    I keep getting Server Errors --> (30002)1321683623,28523325,5 <-- PLEASE fix this Issue, i keep Disconnecting every 1-4 minutes, I cant play nor craft or do anything!!! Its been going on for a very long time, many other people are having this Issue...

    Many people have this issue.

    This is a very common issue as of today for a lot of players. all of which, when i ask, happen to be Comcast and Time warner users. Keta, i know, and her system requirements are not the issue at all. The issue is a communication error between their ISP and SE's server, when something similar occurs at a personal level its due to a firewall configuration, im not to familiar with the higher bigger servers though, but i dont see how this would be a hard fix. at the worst it would just shut the game down for 5-30 minutes to get it fixed, and A LOT of people that play use comcast and time warner to play. so would be a good thing to fix it asap.

    I'm on Bright House and getting the error. never started till LATE on Friday the 18th. Before then, I would be able to stay logged in for days.

    Issue just started for me last night. I was connected for 3-4 hours with no problem. I tried to return from the Uldah Market Wards to my home point in the Gridania area, and I got this error for the first time. After I logged back in, the game seemed to stutter at times. Interactions with NPCs and selections from menus seemed to have a significant delay. And then I started getting disconnected every 10-20 minutes.

    1) User Environment
    1. – Operating System? Windows 7 64-bit
    2. - Antivirus program? None
    3. – Internet Service Provider? Comcast
    2) Exact Error Message - An error has occurred on the game server. (30002) 1321718729,26618905,5
    3) Frequency of 30002 Error? Every 10-20 minutes.
    4) What area were you in when the error occurred? First occurred in Uldah Market Wards, and then I went to Gridania where it continues to happen.
    5) What were you doing when the error occurred? (What type of actions, movements, etc) I tried to return to my homepoint from Uldah Wards, and I R0ed before the confirmation dialog came up.
    6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? No
    7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error? 0-8 depending on what time I disconnected
    8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error? Yes. But only for 10-20 more minutes before the error happens again.

    No this isn't really an issue between our ISP's and SE servers, it's happening clear across the board. Regardless of the ISP it's happening to Roadrunner users, Cox users, WOW (ISP Not game) users, Comcast, Warner, and German, England, Australian, and so forth need I continue? It's happening to a majority on my linkshell and it's getting old.

    We were fighting Ifrit last night and everyone would start getting the error 30002. For you to make such a definitive statement on it being an issue with Time Warner and Comcast proves you have no idea about what your talking about. So post your info or GTFO. Don't make this about users ISP, this is about something borked with SE's servers and lobby servers.

    1) Environment:
    1. Win XP Professional
    2. AVG Anti-virus
    3. Comcast
    2) Same (30002) error as others.
    3) Every 5-10 minutes
    4) Thanlan @ Ifrit Atheryate & Ul'dah
    5) Fighting Ifrit, and then trying to craft
    6) 8 person party
    7) 10 - Ifrit - Once in Uldah then I just logged
    8) Yes after multiple lobby errors

    Change some settings on your NIC card will normally resolve the issue. Yes, it is most likely server side, however it can be managed client side.
