    it starter again for me also... it somehow stopped happening, but after the latest patch (1.20a) it started again, as bad as before....

    There should really be some official words on this.... it is so depressing. Had to skip Darkhold event with my LS due to this and I cannot even finish a single craft before it disconnects again. going to quit soon, I think.

    Details: since 01/01/12 about 10am France time i m standing in uldah crafting
    Steps:
    1. as soon i log in after 2 minutes i got 30002 server error and game crash
    2. i log in again 2 minutes time ...server error
    3.log in again
    4. same error

    i m having this error today all day (30002) . I can't be logged in game more than 2 min
    please help[item][/item]

    Frequency: every 1-4 minutes

    Type of Internet Connection: cable numericable 100mb

    Im having this same issue on both of my computers. Why hasn't this issue been resolved yet, makes it hard to do ANYTHING!

    Starting to happen to me now as well. I cant stay in game for more than 5 minutes. Having problems with Lodestone as well.

    Was having this issue a couple weeks ago I think it was but it went away, now it's back. Like the OP it's not my Computer, Router, or Modem.

    4) What area were you in when the error occurred? Western Thanalan - Nophica's Wells
    5) What were you doing when the error occurred? I was on Botanist, doing things Botanists do.
    6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? No
    7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error? 0 - 2
    8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error? Yes, but only for a few minutes at a time.

    There is really something wrong with this server that needs addressing.
    And not one person from SE about this other than the one in post #2? Be nice to know this is even being looked into.

    This error has happen the last two nights , seems to start around the same time, around 6:45am MNT it will DC me and give me the error , but now there is something new. I try to log back in and get
    "Error Code :3102 Status: 0"
    Also that the lobby server has encountered an error and i am unable to log in for the time being due to this new error.
    I mean i know there are issues with new patches but this seems like something that would be handled before billing would start. Since that is going to be soon i look forward to this getting fixed ASAP.

    8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error? Yes, for 2 attempts but anything after that i was unable to log back in and received the second error code.

    This started happening to me AFTER patch 1.19, before then I had zero issues, lately it is getting much worse.

    1) User Environment
    1. – Operating System? Windows 7 64-bit

    2. - Antivirus program? Kapersky, Spybot -Search and Destroy, Ad-Aware(I have tried disabling all of these to no avail.)

    3. – Internet Service Provider? Comcast

    2) Exact Error Message (30002)1324687682,24384766,5 although this is only one of many errors I have recieved.

    3) Frequency of 30002 Error? Depends, I have been able to stay online for 4-5 hours with no problems then disconnect all the sudden or as little as 4 minutes or less, and disconnect in blocks of 3-4 minutes afterwards...

    4) What area were you in when the error occurred? Happens everywhere regardless of area.

    5) What were you doing when the error occurred? Anything from sitting still chatting in LS chat to crafting to doing battle leves(I have lost lots of leves because of this).

    6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? Happens regardless of whether I am solo or in a party.

    7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error? Doesn't seem to matter, it has happened with no one near me or with people around.

    8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error? Yes after about 2 minutes.

    I have tried multiple things on my end to prevent this error, including buying a new Modem/Router setup, and also changing the network adapter settings that HyTek suggested, with no changes.

    O look i found another one, this one has happened much less but seem to only happen in town. When the game begins to load the zone.

    3) Frequency of Error? most recent was at 10:20pm MNT, has happened different times all other times.

    4) What area were you in when the error occurred? Ul'dah

    5) What were you doing when the error occurred? zoning into uldah thu means of wards or return.

    6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? No

    7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error? 30+

    8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error? Yes

    Hey guys,
    I had some d/c issue before but fortunately I know a little networking and found out asianet was dropping my packets!

    When you're getting the D/Cs do multiple tracert -h 50 traceip.ffxiv.com and see if some backbone provider is messing your connection up!

    My connect is running smoothly again. Comcast came and fixed a "noise" problem somewhere and now everything is back to normal. Too many cut and splices within the wire apparently...
