I would look forward to seeing a warrior in full plate wielding a white mage branch wand instead of their axe
As for SE's treatment of their customers. I feel SE treats us VERY well. When they launched 1.0 and it was horrible they let players play for an extended amount of time for free while they fixed the game. They also gave some nice ingame rewards and several other perks for that incident.
When they released FF7 on Steam a few years ago it was launched with some horrible midi music. The customers made their complaints to SE and a patch was released that restored the original music to the game for free.
There are countless other examples of how SE listens to their fans and customers. What you and everyone else has to realize is you are not their only customer and you are not the only voice speaking. When you compare SE to the other game companies out there like EA, Ubisoft and Blizzard/Activision I think you will see how much better SE is when it comes to caring for the people that support them.
Send them a message in a calm and rational voice and I am willing to bet you will recieve a response, and it might even be a positive one.
