    I want to give my house to an fc member

    Hello!

    I'm excited for the new patch and plan to upgrade to a larger house. My goal is to transfer the property to a fellow FC member for as little as possible. I was wondering if there was a good way to do this.

    I also read that there may be a way to put a hold on a property in the new patch. I have a garden growing at the moment and wouldn't mind another day or two to let it grow; but I am eager to purchase my new plot.

    Plots are non-transferable. All you can do is relinquish it while your friend is ready to buy it.

    You also can't buy your new plot until you relinquish your old one.

    Don't know where you read that, but I've not seen or heard anything of the sort.
