229 White Mage Looking for Static

Looking for a mid-core static that's comprised of mature players with good attitudes that raids EST evenings starting at/after 8:00pm.

My gear is a full set of the 230 gear along with the relic melded with mostly T5 materia.

I started playing FF14 about a year ago, and I've cleared Seph Ex as well as A5S. I by no means an expert but I learn quickly, read/study up on encounters and learn from mistakes that are made.

I ran a top raiding guild in EQ from 1999-2008 where I pulled 54-72 people raiding 3-4 nights a week. Needless to say, I'm not looking for that hardcore of a role these days.

I enjoy the progression aspect of raiding and find the journey to progress through an encounter to be rewarding as it builds teamwork and communication within a raid unit.

I'm not looking for a static that cycles through people every few weeks, as I think those statics do themselves a bit of a disservice by never having any continuity.
