    Once you're at level cap, he only way HP goes up is getting better gear.

    Actually now that I see your gear, why are you wearing aiming accessories? You should be wearing Fending. Dexterity doesn't help you

    The stat you should look for is Vitality. That stat defines how much health you have. While most gear for all classes has some vitality on it, tank gear (as aforementioned Fending accessories) has most of it.

    Vitality is for tanks
    Dexterity is for bards, machinists and ninjas.
    Strength is for dragoons and monks

    Intelligence is for summoners and black mages
    Mind is for healers
