Not to mention the fact that comparing bare potencies across jobs makes little sense, because of different stats and scaling.

Lastly, how much dps the WHM or DRK job can do individually is secondary. It isn't so much a question of who has better dps, but:
Will party dps be higher if WHM delays Holy for 15 seconds b/c of BP, or if DRK hold off on BP for ~6 second stun... Typically, its the latter.
