So. They stated, they want to have an expansion every year. But thats not the right path and absolutely not a good idea.

i think they will rush the expansions through til 5.0 then start to slow down to be honest once theres a couple of expansions then will focus on additional features/content instead of new areas to explore

That was before the huge delay of 3.1, though. Considering that we'll get 3.5 in December at the earliest, I wouldn't expect 4.0 any sooner than April or May 2017.
