I think it will be in Mog Station, hope I am wrong.
We know it isn't the new moogle mount (That was already shown).
We know it isn't the new primal mount, or a achievement mount related to the primals (Not enough primals out in the series as someone else said).
We know it's probably not the PVP mount in a "spiritual" sense (Unless you can kill you friends by dropping them off Sparta style at high distance).
The odds of it being a new recruit a friend or veteran reward seem kind of slim.
I think we all know the only question remaining is how much it costs... (unless there is something we are forgetting).
Like I said earlier if you take a picture of the chocobo mount you get from getting married and put it beside a picture of the horse mount their decorative features look exactly the same. I have a feeling that you get it some how that way I mean through the marriage event.
Big question then...why two mounts (that are basically the same) for the exact same thing?Like I said earlier if you take a picture of the chocobo mount you get from getting married and put it beside a picture of the horse mount their decorative features look exactly the same. I have a feeling that you get it some how that way I mean through the marriage event.
Idk exactly why they would do such a thing maybe they are replacing the marriage chocobo or maybe they have decided to finally give people an option between the marriage chocobo or the horse.
were overdue for more friendship rewards. Who knows. Might be that.
I seriously hope that it isn't friendship rewards cause I honestly believe even though it can in some instances be best for business was the stupidest idea square-enix ever came up with. I think IMO they should remove the friendship rewards program. But of course that's my opinion and we are all in titled to our opinions.
I could be wrong but I don't think it's from the marriage system. They didn't announce any new features coming to weddings. Unless there is some new package above platinum now (diamond maybe?) but then I can't see that making good business sense. It's just going to cause outrage unless people can't pay some price to upgrade their existing wedding(which doesn't really make any sense as far as a "wedding" goes). If there wasn't a "upgrade" feature then what, do people have to discard their existing rings and rebuy if they are one of those "completionists"?
A new in game system to promote in game divorce? :P I think at the very least if that were the case it would make for some funny articles to read on gaming sites: "FFXIV has largest in game divorce rate of any other game!"
I really doubt they are just going to give that mount away to people who already bought weddings either. I've never seen something just "given away" for doing nothing extra (even the veteran rewards encourage people to subscribe for bigger plans at a time than they would otherwise).
