I feel like if there was an actual reward for this then SE would do something about it.
But just a number and a position in a chart that maybe three people look at? Nah they won't "fix" it, because it really isn't broken...

They are all lower level players, and the names do not suggest bots, probably doing quests, story missions, dungeons, together. You get more points when in groups with your FC. The FC was just formed recently. Its not cheating, but the way the system is designed.

Your FC is probably active, but the game gives more FC points to people doing quests and leveling than it does just running roulettes or crafting.

I know very well how easy it is to boost an FC up, but having looked at the FC, I'm going to say most likely bots. If not bots, they're selling accounts. Probably both.
