Why do the old pvp maps not get updated to the current level?

We should have Titan extreme ex + alpha also in level60 too XD.
I see what you mean, but it's not the first times someone is asking to get old pvp instance synch to 60. I am not sure it will make this old instance more alive, because new one seem to replace all the time the older.
