Why do the old pvp maps not get updated to the current level?

More than make a update, make a 60 version and let a 50 version maybe.

To take this even further why not make lvl50 and 60 version of all maps including upcoming shatter and then add lvl50 and 60 roulette for both like we have in PvE atm.
