[LFG][MC/HC] Midas cleared MNK looking for A8s Clear/Farm/etc.

Hi, this is Jethred Soulstriker

Since I began playing in 2.1, I have taken great care to master the MNK job, and have always striven to play it at its fullest capacity. Though my availability restricts me to mid-core schedules, I take a "hardcore" approach to raiding, actively practice raid awareness, and flourish in a focused environment.

I'm a very performance-minded player, and strive to play in a way that maximizes group synergy, taking into account the needs of tanks, healers, and the other DPS. In general, my personal DPS numbers result from my desire to perform optimally, and are not my primary focus (unless the group should decide to make it the focus!)

My availability is roughly 7-11 EST, 3 days a week (more if weekends are included.)

(p.s. If you search my Lodestone, and are wondering about why my gear looks like that - I'm not allowed to fix it until I clear A8S. Just so everyone's motivated.)
