World Transfer Delay

I've contacted customer support, but wondered if anyone can tell me if this is normal.

Yesterday at 4:00 PM I paid for a world transfer to Balmung. I received an email shortly after that the transfer completed and I should be able to log in. Now it has been 24 hours and my character is still not available from the login list. It shows Primal (5) characters and does not list Balmung or my (1) character on that server.

Do you have screenshots of what you looking at? Cause Balmung is not on the Primal data center it is on the Aether data center. You most likely have not told it to look on the correct data center.

Thank you so much, you are correct! I didn't realize the server groups were only accessed through Data Center before selecting Start!! I guess I'm a bit of a noob.
