Mystery Girl in Palace of the Dead

So we have a glimps in the 3.3 trailer for Palace of the Dead and it appears there will be a Side Storyline for the place. We are also given a glimps of a Mysterious girl who is in the Palace of the Dead.

Who do you think she could be?

I'm just guessing now it is probably Edda now gone even more crazy as a Spirit.

I don't see it being Edda. You need to remember you can access this place at lvl 17. It wouldn't make much sense.

At 1st I thought it was Edda, but now I am having 2nd guesses.

I can see Edda stumbling unto the Palace of the Undead and learning necromancy that way, but I can't see her end up wearing some gothica lolita outfit.

So, in this case, the story will be fragmented for those who enter palace without complete Tam-Tara hard. So, I think won't be Edda. I think is just a new character created for this sidequest.

That is only because our first meeting with Godbert at camp bronze lake is from 2.0 and the meeting in north than is from 2.2.

I can actually give you a case of higher level content altering lower level content in recent content releases.

The recent hatching-tide event (level 15) had a special cutscene added if you completed the 3.0 a level 57 Forelands sidestory quest line.

I also suspect that the recent seasonal event has different text depending on if you've met Godbert and if you have participated in the Hildibrand questline.

It could take place between the 2 Tam Tara. We could imagine that she ended up in there for some reason (maybe learning necromancia like myahele said or just while she was wandering through Eorzea) and become some kind of a psycho seeing all those things in the Palace.

if you havent done toto rak hard, do it and get to the final boss, before the fight even begins just listen for a few seconds or a minute, if it isnt Edda, its probably her primal version, cause yeah...theres no mistaking that noise at all
