Not that it matters, because most people like you wouldn't care if it was "fiinished" or not. You wouldn't pay because you are cheap. You can just admit that.

Really, no one cares if you're going to pay or not pay. Nor will the capades of cheap people or "smart" people (for not paying for an unfinished productlol) really push that much away from paying for something they enjoy. People who post this same crap are obviously hurt that soon they wont be able to pay for XIV.

As others have said at this point nobody cares, I'm not even sure SE are overly concerned hence why Yoshi said if you don't feel you want to pay for it.. don't.

I'm sure they would rather get the money than not but I doubt they are guna worry too much especially as the game has been F2P for the last 12 months.
