Mystery Girl in Palace of the Dead

So we have a glimps in the 3.3 trailer for Palace of the Dead and it appears there will be a Side Storyline for the place. We are also given a glimps of a Mysterious girl who is in the Palace of the Dead.

Who do you think she could be?

I'm just guessing now it is probably Edda now gone even more crazy as a Spirit.

I don't see it being Edda. You need to remember you can access this place at lvl 17. It wouldn't make much sense.

At 1st I thought it was Edda, but now I am having 2nd guesses.

I can see Edda stumbling unto the Palace of the Undead and learning necromancy that way, but I can't see her end up wearing some gothica lolita outfit.

Probably not. The Story of Edda continues from Tam-Tara normal to Tam-Tara Hard. Palace of Dead probably won't require the completion of the Tam-Tara hard to go in. So, in this case, the story will be fragmented for those who enter palace without complete Tam-Tara hard. So, I think won't be Edda. I think is just a new character created for this sidequest.

if you havent done toto rak hard, do it and get to the final boss, before the fight even begins just listen for a few seconds or a minute, if it isnt Edda, its probably her primal version, cause yeah...theres no mistaking that noise at all

Please remember that SE does modify text and cutscenes based on the content you have completed.

Entering after you unlock it at 17 (which will likely require completing Tam-tara normal) might have different story cutscenes than at 24 after Thousand maws and 50 after Tam-tara HM.

Beyond the fact that SE had previously had multiple versions of some scenes as others have mentioned, there are a few other things to think about. They said you can start it at 17, but you might not be able to finish it. Anything with mystery girl will likely be at the end and I think only having access to level 17 and below skills will be a huge hindrance.

Additionally, they've said that 3.0 MSQ will not be needed to access 4.0, so they've already acknowledged that some people aren't fussed about missing story detail and this might be treated like that, with them presenting the story the same, wether you have proper context or not.
