Anyone having problems with the cooldowns not working right?

Pre-patch I never had any problem with this.
But since 1.19 I always have it, logging out is NOT fixing this problem (I know it does for some friends of mine, but not for me) because I have this problem from the moment I log in and start playing.

It's extremly annoying and making fights really hard because I have literally no option to find out how long it will take until I can use a skill again but slamming my skill buttons the way I did when we still had an action bar and no auto attack..

Now that sucks; I personally have only begun to experience it (and frequent crashes) post-1.19 and rebooting the client does fix it for me.

The same. It fixed after 5 days for some reason.
I found in bug section of the forum a thread about it. GM simply said that we should wait and check the official website.
Fixing bugs like that should be a priority since it makes your game unplayable and you look like incompetent devs.
And waiting for 2.0 is not an option since they want to charge people soon. I hope they will fix it in 1.20.

You should try playing ARC with that problem...

Just another huge issue why not giving the class a proper auto attack was a big mistake.

Oh and something so simple doesn't have to wait until 2.0 to be fixed. It can be fixed anytime.
