I want tiny mounts for comical effect

Something like the ghost mounts from Yokai!

Maybe a simple magicked wheeled cart?... I mean, if we can enchant broomsticks to sweep on their own surely we can enchant a simple cart as well?

I just really want to see both roes and lalas in tiny mounts tbh.
