    Finally found a thread dedicated to mounts was using the search bar and for some reason it was showing me stuff that had nothing to do with Mounts.

    My idea: It would be great if it was possible to have are mounts walk next to us and follow us like are chocobo do.

    My mount suggestions are less toward new mounts and more toward the implementation of current mounts:
    1) Split flying and swimming mounts. Do not just treat them as interchangeable for ease of implementation.
    2) Ground any currently flying mount that shouldn't logically be able to fly (Tank mounts) or update them to have some justification for flying (Magiteck boosters, spirit wings, whatever).
    2a) Ixion should either have large lightning bolts come out of every footstep when running through the air (and ONLY ever run when in the air) or he should constantly glide with a large lightning trail behind him.
    2b) The animation on Fenrir's feet should be improved. Make it more like iceman.

    What the hell is noncouncil.com and why is the first page of this thread, and this thread alone afaik, giving me a popup for it to put in a username and password?

    Suggestion: Not a mount but I'd like to see a Favorites and Favorite mount roulette. There's many mounts I want to fly and many I don't (collection's sake really)

    I would love to have a white griffin mount. Been wanting one since I saw them in the Peaks. An armored griffin of some kind would also be neat.

    I'd personally love to see those brown/armored shark mob's in the ruby sea added as a mount. Loved the flying shark mobs in the past ff games. So I was glad to see them again in this one.
