I think you're misunderstanding. There's a fundamental difference between a PS4's video recording and demo recording. Demo recording lets you go back after the fact, change video/UI/camera settings, and export something that can become a video at a specific framerate, no matter your hardware. The PS4's recording is nothing more than a simple screen capture.
