I certainly hope they allow us to pick what beasts we are able to train, and use them on permanent basis. Perhaps even the option to name them. I would love a pet Gastornis & Pugil

Oh, and then allow us to train the monsters so they can learn skills from other beasts of a higher tier/rank, if that monster has different traits or skills (think monster blue mages).
