Ollier, an attendant of the Gold Saucer, is seeking volunteers to sample a number of attractions before they're released to the public.

So... Are they actually testing new events? Like, will be get a Battle Square beta in this event or something?

That's probably a really smart thing to do... It gives us a sort of seasonal event and they get to test new events and hopefully avoid more messes like Verminion...

Doubt that is the case though... Probably just doing something like the haunted house or ferris wheel ride, since those are more "seasonal" event style things than permanent attractions... The splash text and quest name has me thinking Ghost Square, since thats the prime place for a murder mystery type event and the quest is called "And Then There Were Some" for an obvious reference... Great event either way though...

It's better than nothing. Personally I'm happy that we're getting an additional emote - and the 50% MGP bonus will be very useful. I suspect that 3.3 may add a few new items to the MGP vendor.
