How do i get back to azys la, sick to death off looking for for dam quests just to click some guy and talk

Should be apart of your MSQ. It would be a ship that takes you there in Idylshire.

If you were there before, open your map and look for the transition point between areas.

It is in the Pillars (14.5/12.1)

If you weren't there before follow your MSQ.

i have done that it just takes me to the town, and msq? bear in mind am new as for the map am not that daft, this is what i mean by there is no help even google for this game i see people ask the same questing and get no were

Following on from what Legion said, there should be a npc at the Airship Dock in the Pillars area of Ishgard, specifically, a blue-costumed Ironworks staff member. If he offers several places to fly to, and if he says Helix, that is Azys Lla and where you need to go (Helix is the first part of Azys Lla). As well, there is an aetheryte there so if you haven't attuned to it yet, do so, so that way you will be able to teleport there directly from where ever you are.

If the shortener is unclear: MSQ = Main Scenario Questline

Its the most important thing in this game as nearly everything gets unlocked by doing it.

During this questline, you will get automatically to Azys Lla and before you not did this quest, you will be not able to enter this area.

OP, if this isn't totally clear since you are new--by "attune" he means to attune to the Aetheryte crystal in Azys Lla, specifically in Helix which is just up the ramp from where you arrive by airship. To attune, right click on the Aetheryte crystal.
