It's literally the exact same as it was at 50 in ARR until level 58, at which point you use Blizzard IV to maintain Enochian.
Then when you hit 60, you settle into the stuff you can see in the BLM thread. Primarily:
F3>F4>F4>F1>F4>F4>B3>T1>B4
meh or be lazy til 60 and then just work on the new rotation. although keeping enochian up is a boost to dps for the last 2 levels while levelling.
also its worth noting that when you first get to 60 adding in the thunder spell can sometimes be tricky due to low spell speed.
if you find thats the case just use it in the first and last sections of your enocian windows.
so full none opener rotation would be,
f3 f4 f4 f1 f4 f4 b3 t1 b4,
f3 f4 f4 f1 f4 f4 b3 b4,
f3 f4 f4 f1 f4 f4 b3 t1
start from beginning.
the reason you may be locked from t1 is literally a spell speed thing and after you get 170 gear or better you should have no issues using t1 in all parts.
if you have to move drop the tunder cast if a lot drop a fire 4, but try and keep enochian going even if you take a hit cus its a massive dps loss to drop it if your just refreshing it the first or second time.
also dont be put of by enochian its something to get use to and something that gets a lot easier they more you play blm.

Before 60, putting it up is a boost; keeping it up isn't.
Refreshing Enochian with Blizzard IV
Blizzard III, Thunder (1.05 * T potency), Blizzard IV (294), Fire III (252), Fire (X casts * 340), possible Fire III procs (Y procs * 453)
Letting Enochian fall off
Blizzard III, Thunder (1.05 * T potency), Fire III (240), Fire ((X + 1 casts) * 324), possible Fire III procs ((Y + 0.4 procs) * 432)
The X+1 and Y+0.4 will depend on piety / max MP, and I don't remember those numbers off the top of my head for Lv58, and the 1.05 multiplier could persist another cast or two past where I included it in the falling off sequence, depending on speed and buffs.
But you have to extend these sequences out about 18 casts before the "let it fall" one becomes worse than the "keep it up" one.

To reiterate, at level 50 its still the same. Something along the lines of f3 f1 spam til your mp is low b3 t1 f3 repeat, using your firestarter and thundercloud procs as they occur. For aoe fights its still f2 spam(mix in flares when you can). It wont change too quickly as you keep leveling. At 52 you get ley lines which allows all the aoes in the world to find you easier... it also boosts your speed for 30 secs(1 min reuse). So while going a little faster gives you a bit more damage, but it doesnt really change your rotation. At 54 the new ability is just a way to force firestarter or thundercloud procs, so still no real change. At 56 you get enochian, which is a flat 5% damage boost. Use when its available. At 58 you get your first new spell, B4 which exists primarily to re-apply enochian and give you more up time on that damage boost. Its only usable when eno and umbral ice are already on, and it doesnt apply or refresh your umbral ice status. So you can start to mix one in after B3's to keep your damage buffed and get used to eno juggling. Again, mostly the same. At 60 you get F4(same conditions as B4 but with astral fire substituted for umbral ice), and thats when you move into the full new rotation mentioned above and on the forums.

Just to correct this - Flare is your main source of AoE damage. It's not "mix in Flare when you can" it's "build your AoE rotation around casting Flare".
To expand, the way you should /always/ do AoE is:
F3 > F2 > F2 > F2 > Flare > Transpose > [wait 1s] > F3 > F2 > F2 > Flare > repeat from Transpose.
If you have Max-Ether and/or Convert ready and you wanna use them, you can do up to 3 Flares back-to-back.
I'll also almost always Swiftcast my second or third Flare in the normal rotation to speed up the damage.
With Enochian, you pop it after your F3 at the start and just let it fall off in AoE situations. This is the same at 50 and 60.
for single target i use (still working on it tho)
(Ley Lines) -> (Enochian) -> F3,F4,F4,Sharpcast,F1,F4,F3(from fire proc),b3,b4,t1,repeat(w/o sharpcast)
The key is to manage to keep enochian up as long as possible so you can either wait a few secs to use it again or use it after b3.
For aoe:
(Ley Lines) -> (Enochian) -> F3,F2,F2,F2,Flare,Convert,Swiftcast,Flare,Transpose,F3,repeat (w/o swiftcast,convert)
