My issue with housing timers.

Yes and when I checked my FC page it said it did not have a house, can you explain that to me? I mentioned that in the OP.
And that post was from April 19th 4 days before my sub ran out, it's not still going now because it's been longer then two weeks, nearly 5 now, so the timer should have been reticking again, but I was not aware of it so the post does give me some info.

They haven't turned it back on. I can't explain why your FC shows you have no house if it is an FC house.

Well then I could have waited longer and screwed myself by logging in again when I have nothing to do, that's my fault.
My other issue still stands, there's no way to check the timers without being logged into the game and the Lodestone still failed to show that I even had a house.

There is no issue because when you start getting close to your demolition date SE automatically starts sending you emails to warn you. I think they said they send you two before the house is officially relinquished.

But that's after what, 35 or 41 days or something? You have no way to check until then, there should be a way to check as soon as like 20 days go by where no one has used the house.

Does your house show now? I assume what happened to you was, despite being alone in your FC, the FC system automatically started the "assign a new leader" process at 30 days inactivity, during which an FC leader is listed as "Transfer in Progress" and not assigned to a specific character, until someone shows up to claim it. So the system essentially viewed your FC as leaderless and without a person to tie to the FC or plot, so technically the plot would have been owned by "Transfer in Progress." Until you logged in and the system automatically listed you back as the leader.

Unfortunately no it still says under Estate Profile "No Estate or Plot" and I was logged in for several hours playing earlier today so it's still not showing anything there, that would have been nice if it was how you stated though but it's still incorrectly showing my data.
