The Feast - Solo que - Is it down?

I've been trying to get into a solo feast 4v4 match for the last two hours. I que as a tank class. The que timer tells me, "Less than 5 minutes". I've tried every language combo and nothing's pop'd.

I've restarted the game client, restarted my PC. (Que works fine for other dungeons).
