Lifting restrictions that are placed because of "lore"

But as long as it's solely for cosmetic / glamor / RP reasons, i see no reason why this shouldn't be a thing.

My biggest pet peeve with the glamour restrictions would be the hempen tunic. its a level 1 armor...it's locked to Disciple of War, and yet it has no stats....none...at all. Why? lol
