    WAR was changed in 2.1 for a really really simple reason: it didnt function at all with how raid bosses were designed. A tank in this game is expected to mitigate huge hits from a boss, because if they dont, they die. WAR was designed not to mitigate hits, but heal up after the damage had been done.

    Also tying their healing boost to the amount of stacks they had at the time was a huge huge huge mistake. It meant the playstyle back then was get to 5 stacks, sit on them until you took a huge hit that needed inner beast to help heal before the next auto attack killed you then pray the healer also healed you in time.

    Also storms path did nothing but heal you.
    Steelcyclone didnt have emnity generation.
    Holmgang did nothing but bind.
    Brutal swing had too long a cooldown (ifrit with 2 warriors was a pain)
    Overpower had a 1.5 second animation delay
    Venegance did nothing but give a counter attack, no damage mitigation
    Unchained had a longer cooldown.

    I used to raid on warrior during 2.0/2.1, i dont want warrior to go back to old 2.0.

    I think people have a strange notion of exactly where warrior was in 2.0, especially if people want it to go back there.

    No one asked for WAR to go back to 2.0. Some of us just Wonder if the changes weren't a little too much.
    We could also debate if it would have been more interesting to keep WAR in its tanking concept with more healing and HP boost instead of pure damage reduction. (Like giving Convalescence to him instead of GLA, strengthening Blood Bath for MRD, etc...)
