Help!!! Can't get back to BLM

I became a leather worker because someone told me I needed to try a crafting job now I can't get back to BLM. It's my first time changing so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I equipped my staff but it doesn't allow me to equip any other gear from my BLM. What's going on?!?!?

Just go into your armoury chest and equip a THM/BLM staff Then equip the soul stone for BLM in the same way

To make this easier, after youve got your gear back in order you can register an equipment set in your character window. (From memory, so hopefully accurate...) So open your character window, and above your equipment there should be a plus-sign button. That opens your gear-sets extension to the window, which should have a button to register an equipment set. Do that, and now you can always get back to that gear all at once. And as you get better pieces you can update the set as well. The game lets you store the number of sets equal to the classes youve unlocked plus i think 5 extras, so you can do a second for leatherworker, and keep going with everything else you decide to experiment with.
