    No. That option is for when you don't yet have an account. You can only log on one character at a time per account.

    Thanks. I thought you can just use one account and log-in 2 different characters.

    The only way i know to do 2 different characters is with 2 different accounts(which usually means 2 systems and 2 payments per month).
